All abilities welcome.

Tension, stress and trauma are not just felt in the mind, but also in the body.

Movement and connecting to your body can support to release these imprints on the body, and that is why at the Nodoka Studio in Blaydon, we offer the RESET Programme.

The first session is with Emily and it is recommended to be 60mins, so we have time to get to know each other (over a coffee/tea), and then can have a 45-30mins session of movement/stillness. This gives you the opportunity to try what this programme has to offer, with no need to feel obliged to continue, as it has to feel right for you at this moment in time.

Sessions are usually 60mins, and we can split the session into two halves (movement and stillness) or each session can have a specific focus - all depends on what is best for you. Whatever you choose, there is always time for tea/coffee/ refreshments after each session!
