How do I book classes?

You can book classes online through our website on the BOOK page or through the Acuity Scheduling Client app on Google Play and App Store.

If you download the app, you have to add 'Your Signature Yoga' - see images below, including the Business Scheduling URL https://yoursignatureyoga.as.me/

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking for all our clients outside the studio in the general car parking area.

What should I bring?

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We welcome all levels of experience in yoga to join our classes. You do not need to be flexible to come to yoga :)

What is your cancellation policy?

If I buy a block of classes, how do I redeem it?

When you buy a block of class passes, you will be emailed a code that you can apply at checkout for each class you book. This will make the price £0 as the class pass is used instead.

To know how many class passes you have left in your bundle, you can create an account with Acuity either on our Book website page or in the Acuity Scheduling App. If you do this, you can click on the Class Passes bundle and press Redeem and book classes with the Code already applied.

Please note, that Acuity: scheduling is a Third Party that is separate to Your Signature Yoga so they have their own Terms & Conditions and Policies, so please do read these before signing up.

If I buy a block of classes as a gift, how would someone else redeem them?

When you buy a block of class passes as a gift, you will be emailed a voucher that can be printed with a code that the lucky person receiving it as a gift can apply at checkout for each class they book. This will make the price £0 as the class pass is used instead.

For group classes, please cancel 12 hours before the class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am, the cut off time is 6pm the previous evening.

For private 1-2-1 / small group sessions, please cancel 24 hours before the session/event to attain a refund/to re-schedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before session, then there is no refund.

For events/workshops, please cancel 24 hours before to attain a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event/workshop, then there is no refund.

The minimum group class number is 3, so if there are less than 3 people signed up to a class, you will be informed and you can re-schedule to another class.

If you are unable to make a class/private session/event/workshop, we would really appreciate it if you send a message (text or what's app) even if after the refund cut-off point, to inform us so the teacher knows.

Most importantly, yourself, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle :)

We provide a non-toxic cork yoga mat and props for the class, but if you have other props you like to bring to support you practice or you would like to bring your own mat, please feel free too.

Please bring flip flops for when you go to the toilet to not bring bacteria onto the martial arts and/or yoga mats.
