Yoga Classes


Face to Face Group Classes
SATURDAYS:
Mindful Morning Movement 9:30-10:30am
Focus on your breath guiding your movement to support awareness and softness, while building mobility. An inclusive class, where you are provided with guidance but encouraged to listen and tune into your own body.


WEDNESDAYS:
Morning Yawn Yoga 7-8am
Start you day (mid-week) with a 45 mins class that gently wakes up your body, and a free tea and/or coffee after. There is time after the class to sit and chat together or you can take your coffee/tea on the go (bring a takeaway cup) if you need to get to work. We are a vegan studio so have gluten free oat milk.
Gentle Movement & Mobility 10:30-11:30am
A 45 minutes class with a free cup of tea/coffee at the end, giving us chance for connection with ourselves and then others. It is a perfect class for gentle movement for everyone, making yoga accessible through using props and chairs, linking our breath to small movements that support mobility. Also supporting you to listen to your own body and needs throughout the class. A great way to get back into exercise or to not have too much impact on your body. We are a vegan studio so have gluten free oat milk.
All classes aim to be inclusive and based around trauma-informed principles.
All abilities welcome.
Mats are provided for each class.
FIRST GROUP CLASS IS FREE
THURSDAYS:
Somatic Flow 5:20-6:20pm
Release stress and build movement in a way that feels right for your body. An inclusive class, that provides guidance to movement and breathwork, but also encouragement to tune into your body and move in a way that feels right for you at that moment.
Rest & Restore 6:30-7:30pm
A mix of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. This really is time for you to rest actively and passively through holding postures and through stillness, supporting your body to relax. Supporting everyone to encourage rest & recovery into your week, as our bodies and minds need time to recover from work / training / stress etc. We encourage ourselves to breathe into holds and work the fascia (connective tissue) in our body, and also encourage complete supported rest.


Private 1-2-1 or Small Group Online/Face to Face Classes

Private 1-2-1 class: £35 for 1 hour! Usually £45 an hour
Small Group class: £45 for 1 hour! Usually £55 a hour
1-2-1s / small group (2-3 people) classes are a great way to support individual needs and support to build confidence in movement, and/or an opportunity to be guided individually to truly rest.
Please get in contact if you would like to have a private class for you or for a small group of friends/family. Can be for a one-off class or event, or a regular class.
Due to additional training in Yoga for Breast Cancer, I also support private clients who are going or who have gone through breast cancer treatment.




POP UP SUMMER YOGA
During the summer months, we are able to connect to nature more through outdoor yoga sessions.
In the summer, Emily runs different outside events across the Northeast of England, so keep updated through our Social Media.
Online Group Classes
December 2024 & January 2025 with Trekstock, a charity supporting people who have or had cancer in their 20s & 30s.


Private Group Classes with Companies, Charities/Non-Profits, and Institutions
A great team activity on a well-being day, or a regular reoccurrence to show your team different ways to manage stress and anxiety and give them a different space at work.
Emily has worked as a manager in charities and in frontline work for 12+ years, so understands some of the work stresses and the importance of focusing on staff and volunteer well-being.
